My dear friend Jerry Conklin celebrated his 82nd birthday about a week ago and now he is fighting for his life. I spent the morning with him and his wonderful family today and we all know the end is near. Before I left I asked Jerry if there was anything I could do for him. He replied ".. . . . keep the magic going in Colon"
